Privacy policy
Last updated: 2026-08
Scope. This policy explains how RayFan Technology Company Ltd. (“RayFan”) handles personal data collected through rayfansemi.com. It applies to this website only.
What we collect. When you submit an inquiry we collect the details you provide: name, work email, company or institution, country or region, and the content of your message. If you open the chat window, our live-chat provider stores a session identifier in your browser so the conversation can continue. This site uses no advertising cookies and no cross-site advertising trackers.
Website analytics. We use a self-hosted analytics tool to see which pages are read and which countries visitors come from. It sets no cookies and writes nothing to your device. Visits are counted on the server using a hash of IP address and browser type that is rotated daily; the original IP address is not retained, and the result does not identify you. These analytics records are processed and stored on servers in the United States.
How we use it. Your information is used to respond to your inquiry, to pass it to the colleague best placed to help, and to keep a record of our business relationship. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your separate consent.
Disclosure. Your information is shared only with RayFan personnel and contracted representatives handling your inquiry, and with service providers such as email and hosting, who are bound by confidentiality obligations. Because we work across several regions, access may take place outside Taiwan.
Security and retention. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the data we hold. Inquiry records are kept while they remain relevant to our business relationship and to applicable record-keeping requirements, and are deleted afterwards.
Your rights. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or ask us to stop using it, by writing to info@rayfansemi.com.
Updates. We may revise this policy from time to time; the current version is always published on this page. This policy is provided in several languages for convenience — in case of any difference in interpretation, the English version governs.
